What is Video Screener?
JobTarget’s Video Screener simplifies early-stage hiring by replacing time consuming screening calls with automated screener questions that can be answered via video or audio at the candidate's convenience.
Applicants will be automatically invited to record responses to your custom-built questionnaires, giving you additional insights into the candidates as you review applications.
This saves valuable time for you and potential candidates, allowing you to focus your energy on the applicants that best fit your role!
This helps you...
- Accelerate your hiring by automating screening.
- Prioritize engaged candidates (and filter out bots.)
- Get insights beyond the applicant’s resume.
