JobTarget CompliancePost

CompliancePost automatically posts your jobs from your website’s career page to State Job Banks and diversity websites. This takes the hassle out of job posting and enables you to focus on your other tasks.

JobTarget integrates with most HR software, so you don’t need to jump through hoops, interrupting your existing hiring processes.

Accessing CompliancePost

If you’re accessing JobTarget directly, click on “OFCCP CompliancePost” in the JobTarget dashboard. You can also access CompliancePost from the “More Apps” dropdown.

If you access JobTarget through an integration with your HR software, simply click on the menu at the top right corner of the JobTarget window. Next, click on the CompliancePost app icon to open CompliancePost.

Tour of CompliancePost

Once you are in the CompliancePost dashboard, you can search and filter jobs by job title or status, divisions, locations, and timeframe. Your jobs will appear in the results, below the filters.

CompliancePost gives you options to check the details of your jobs, as well as view your job proofs. You will also have the option to download the proofs for your records. Refer to the “Image Proofs” section to learn more.

Editing Your Job Posts

In the CompliancePost dashboard, you can make edits and post your jobs to job boards that are beyond the CompliancePost Media Package.

⚠️ Please Note: If you access JobTarget through an integration with your HR software, do not try to edit your job details directly in JobTarget. Make edits in your HR system and they will be transferred over to JobTarget.

To edit your job posts, click on the “Job Details” button next to the job you want to work on. This will take you to Job Manager where you can make changes to your job.

📄 To learn more about Job Manager and editing your jobs, check out the Job Manager User Guide

📄 To learn more about posting jobs to sites outside of the CompliancePost media package, check out the Marketplace User Guide. Sites outside of the CompliancePost media package will not be image proofed.

Image Proofs

With CompliancePost, you can have all your proofs ready and in one place. When your jobs are posted to the State Job Banks and sites within the CompliancePost Media Package, image proofs are collected and stored for up to three years. When the time comes for an audit, you'll have a record of your compliance efforts ready to go.

To download all image proofs from an individual job opening, go to your job post in the Compliance dashboard and click “View All Proofs”.

Next, simply click “Download All Files” to download all your proofs for that job. You can also download individual proofs too by clicking the download button next to proof itself.

Posting to State Job Banks & the OFCCP Media Package

With CompliancePost, your jobs will be automatically posted to the state job banks you choose and to our OFCCP Media Package. This media package is a network of job sites that target specific groups like women, individuals with disabilities, racial and ethnic minorities, and veterans.

You can view the list of websites to which your job is posted to in CompliancePost by clicking the "Show Postings" button.

Reporting Hub

The Reporting Hub is available through CompliancePost. The Reporting Hub allows you to view information on your jobs and generate detailed reports that can be useful for your compliance efforts without having to request it through support. To access the Reporting Hub, click on “Reports” in the app navigation dropdown.

There are multiple reports in the Reporting Hub: The Compliance Report, the Activities Report, the Proofs Report, and the Media Report.

Compliance Report

With the Compliance Report, you can create reports on your jobs by using the filters for information such as the order ID, the job title and location, and even the link to the job image proof.

Once you've made your selections with the filters, click “Generate.” It’s important to note that if there are many jobs, it may take some time to generate the report. Do not refresh your browser. Once the report has been generated, you can export the report and download it as an Excel file by clicking “Export to CSV.”

Activities Report

The Activities Report allows you to view your activities within a certain date range. Select the date range in the From and To sections. Next, click “Generate” to view the activities. Once the report has been generated, you can export the report and download it as a CSV file by clicking "Export to CSV."

Proofs Report

The Proofs Report allows you to generate a report on the image proofs collected for your jobs. You can download detailed information proving where your jobs were posted and when.

You will see four dates listed on the report:

Received  Date JobTarget received this job
Delivered Date JobTarget delivered this job to the job site
Verified Date JobTarget collected the proof
Deleted Date JobTarget removed this job from the job site

This report can be downloaded using the "Export Reports" button at the top right corner of the report.

Media Report

The Media Report allows you to generate a report showing the number of job postings on state job boards and OFCCP Media Package sites.

The top of the report shows a list of job sites and the number of postings on each site and the bottom of the report shows a graph of the same information.

Both visualizations can be downloaded, either using the "Export Reports" button at the top right corner of the report or using the hamburger menu in the top right corner of the graph.

Activities App & Local Outreach

Expand you local network, automate outreach, and record outreach activities.

It can be time consuming to conduct, manage, track, and assess all of your compliance related outreach efforts. That's where Activities App and Local Outreach come into play.

JobTarget Activities App

If you're selected for an audit, you want to have your outreach activities documented and ready to go. Tracking outreach activities is also a regular component of your annual Affirmative Action Planning. JobTarget's OFCCP Activities App is a simple tool that helps you keep track of those outreach efforts to make reporting easier.

Access to Activities App is included with CompliancePost.

Frequently Asked Questions

You can filter jobs or organizations by name, city and state, category, location proximity by job radius, and state only or all organizations within proximity.
  2. Can I view my organizations?
You can view your organizations in the "My Organizations" dashboard.
  3. Can Recruiters also add or remove activities?
Recruiters without admin access are not able to delete activities or make changes. You will need to reach out to your relationship manager to update your user access.
  4. Do you repost expired positions from the state job bank?
OFCCP jobs are posted once, but you have the option of reposting your jobs manually or automatically. Reposting a job would use another job credit.
  5. Who manages the state job bank account?
We manage the accounts, but the accounts are in the employer's name. Some states have a third-party account setup for JobTarget that is tied to the employer's account.
  6. Do we need to email each state job bank to identify to them that we are a federal contractor and request veteran priority referral, or is that something JobTarget can do?
When ESDS accounts are created and when jobs are created (when applicable), they are tagged as federal contractor accounts and jobs. We do not send the outreach letters to the local ESDS offices on behalf of our clients
