Why can't I find my job in Job Manager?
When a job is not showing up in the JobTarget system, troubleshooting can vary depending on how you bring jobs into our system.
Consider the following questions...
- Is the job manager filtered to show only certain jobs?
- If your ATS/HRIS offers a JobTarget button on individual requisitions, did you enter our system from the specific job you are looking for?
- The JobTarget integration varies by ATS/HRIS.
- If you utilize an Importer, has it had time to run yet?
- Importers run once per day, usually early in the morning.
- Are there rules set to limit which jobs are imported? Does this job meet the criteria?
