Navigating the Programmatic Dashboard (single postings)

Learn how to review the status and insights related to your one-time programmatic postings.

This article is specific to individual Programmatic postings purchased in the Marketplace.

If you have purchased a Programmatic posting in the JobTarget Marketplace, you have access to the Programmatic Dashboard! The Programmatic Dashboard helps give you insight into the status and performance of your postings. 

Accessing the Programmatic Dashboard

If you're accessing JobTarget directly... click 'Programmatic' on the home page, or in the navigation bar.

If you are accessing JobTarget through the integration with your ATS, Payroll System, or other HR Software... Open JobTarget, click into the menu in the upper right-hand corner, then click 'Programmatic'. 

Filtering the Dashboard

Programmatic Dashboard Filters

By default, the Programmatic Singles Dashboard is filtered to show jobs from all divisions with a date range of the past 14 days.

These filters can be adjusted to show a specific division, and any date range up to 60 days.

Metrics & Insights

Programmatic singles dashboard

The Programmatic Dashboard allows you to review the performance of your Programmatic Postings through the following metrics:

Clicks

The total number of clicks received across all Programmatic Postings within the selected division(s) and date range.

Hover over the bars at the bottom of this section to see the breakdown of clicks by day of the week. 

Apps

The total number of applications received across all programmatic postings within the selected division(s) and date range.

Hover over the bars at the bottom of this section to see the breakdown of applications by day of the week. 

Conversion Rate

The conversion rate is the percentage of job seekers who complete an application after clicking on a job ad.

This is calculated by dividing the number of applications received across all programmatic postings within the selected division(s) and date range by the number of clicks received across those postings.

Daily Traffic

The Daily Traffic graph will show traffic and applications per day for all Programmatic postings that were active during the selected date range.

Hover over a specific date to open a small pop-up showing the numbers for that date.

Jobs With Activity

Job With Activity

This table contains all jobs that were advertised via Programmatic within the selected division and date range. It can be searched by key word in the search bar, and exported by clicking Excel, PDF, Print, Copy, or CVS on the right-hand side.

The following information will be available for each job;

Title

The job title and Requisition ID.

Clicking on the Job Title will open a small pop-up dashboard with metrics on that posting.

Location

The city and state associated with the job in our system.

Clicks

The total number of clicks received on that posting throughout the selected date range.

Apps

The total number of applications received on that posting throughout its duration.

Posted Date

The date of the most recent Programmatic posting for this job. 

Expiration Date

The expiration date for the most recent posting of this job, if the job is not currently active. 

Status

Active or Expired 

Actions

If the job is Expired, you will have the option to repost.
