What is Marketplace?
JobTarget Marketplace allows you to browse thousands of job sites, and post your job ads with ease from a single platform.
It also helps you reach the most talented candidates by advertising to multiple job sites simultaneously. With over 25,000 job sites to choose from, we have the job boards you need, no matter your industry, location, or hiring needs. We integrate with over 60 HR software systems so you can automatically import, distribute jobs, and review candidates in one convenient place.
In Marketplace, you can:
- Find job sites
- Post a job to one or more sites at once
- Add job sites to your "Favorites”
- Purchase Programmatic singles
Navigating Marketplace
Accessing Marketplace
You can access Marketplace in one of three ways:
- Click 'Marketplace' in the JobTarget dashboard.
- Click 'Marketplace' in the top navigation bar.
- If using JobTarget in an embedded iFrame, click the menu button in the upper right-hand corner, then click 'Marketplace.'
To enter the Marketplace, you will need to have a job selected.
If one is not already selected, you will be prompted to choose which job you would like to advertise.
You can locate your desired requisition by searching keywords and filtering by division, user, and job status. Click 'Select' to move forward with advertising your chosen job.
Navigating Marketplace
1. Country Selection
The Country Selection dropdown menu allows you to filter the Marketplace to view only job sites within the selected region. By default this will be set to the location of the selected job.
NOTE: While the Country Selection dropdown currently includes only a limited set of countries, our Marketplace features job sites for many more locations. If the country you're looking for isn't listed in the dropdown, simply use the search bar to find additional relevant job sites.
2. Search Bar
The Search Bar allows you to browse job sites by searching for a site name, title, industry, or keyword.
3. Navigation Bar
The Marketplace Navigation Bar allows you to browse different categories of job sites, including your favorited sites, your contract sites, industry-niche job sites, and more.
4. Additional Posting Options
The Additional Posting Options button is available on all products and sites within the Marketplace. This provides details on the site, the products, and pricing tiers available.

How to Use Marketplace
Posting a Job
- Open the Marketplace.
- Locate a job site/product where you would like to advertise your requisition.
- You can find job sites by browsing the tabs at the top of the page, or by searching for site name, industry, or keyword.
- click 'Additional Posting Options' to see more information about a job site, view more posting/budget options, or add that site to your favorites.
- Click 'Add to Cart.' Repeat for all sites you would like to post to.
- Review your Cart Summary and click 'Next Step.'
- You may click 'Add More Sites' to return to browsing.
- You will be prompted to fill in all required fields, if applicable, for your selected sites.
- Click 'Next Step - Review Order.'
- Choose your payment method and click 'Submit Order.'

Changing Your Selected Job
- Click 'Change Job'
- Locate your desired job and click 'Select.'
Adding Favorites
- Locate the job site or product you want to favorite.
- Click the heart icon in the upper left-hand corner of the site or product.
- To review your favorited sites & products, click 'My Favorite Sites' in the navigation bar of the Marketplace.
