What is Marketplace?

JobTarget Marketplace allows you to browse thousands of job sites, and post your job ads with ease from a single platform.

It also helps you reach the most talented candidates by advertising to multiple job sites simultaneously. With over 25,000 job sites to choose from, we have the job boards you need, no matter your industry, location, or hiring needs. We integrate with over 60 HR software systems so you can automatically import, distribute jobs, and review candidates in one convenient place.

In Marketplace, you can:

  • Find job sites
  • Post a job to one or more sites at once
  • Add job sites to your "Favorites”
  • Purchase Programmatic singles

Accessing Marketplace 

JobTarget Marketplace Access

You can access Marketplace in one of three ways:

  • Click 'Marketplace' in the JobTarget dashboard.
  • Click 'Marketplace' in the top navigation bar.
  • If JobTarget is integrated with your ATS/HRIS, you may need to click the menu button in the upper right-hand corner, then click 'Marketplace.' 

To enter the Marketplace, you will need to have a job selected.

If one is not already selected, you will be prompted to choose which job you would like to advertise.

You can locate your desired requisition by searching keywords and filtering by division, user, and job status. Click 'Select' to move forward with advertising your chosen job.

How to Use Marketplace

Posting a Job

💡Looking for a streamlined checkout experience on an individual job site?
Click 'Buy Now!'

  1. Open the Marketplace.
  2. Locate a job site/product where you would like to advertise your requisition.


    • You can find job sites by browsing the tabs at the top of the page, or by searching for site name, industry, or keyword.

    • click 'Posting Options' to see more information about a job site, view more posting/budget options, or add that site to your favorites. 
  3.  Click 'Add to Cart.' Repeat for all sites you would like to post to.
  4. Review your Cart Summary and click 'Checkout'
  5. Choose your payment method and click 'Submit Order.'

Changing Your Selected Job

  1. Click 'Change Job'
  2. Locate your desired job and click 'Select.'

Adding Favorites

  1. Locate the job site or product you want to favorite.
  2. Click the heart icon in the upper left-hand corner of the site or product.
  3. To review your favorited sites & products, click 'My Favorite Sites' in the navigation bar of the Marketplace.
