Marketplace
Filter job sites by country
We've added two more countries to the country drop down in Marketplace. In addition to Canada, you can now see job sites in India and the United Arab Emirates.
The country will automatically populate based on the location of your job. If you wish to change the country, you can click on the drop down menu and select the country you want to see job sites for.
Stay tuned as we continue to add more countries!
New navigation tabs
Marketplace is transitioning to use navigation category tabs to make it easier to find the job sites you need.

Compliance
Rescission of Executive Order 11246
On January 21, 2025, President Trump signed the Executive Order “Ending Illegal Discrimination and Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity.” This order rescinds Executive Order 11246, which mandated that federal contractors and subcontractors develop affirmative action plans to ensure nondiscrimination in employment based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.
At this time, the Order does not appear to affect requirements for federal contractors and subcontractors under VEVRAA and Section 503 relating to recruitment and hiring of veterans and individuals with disabilities.
Requirements relating to the posting of jobs to state job banks, recordkeeping and local activities under these laws remain in place. In addition, the Order provides that federal contractors may continue to comply with the current regulations for the next 90 days.
How Does This Impact JobTarget’s Services?
There will be no change to JobTarget’s CompliancePost, Local Outreach and Activities App services. Your jobs will continue to be posted on state job banks and through your outreach to community organizations, and JobTarget will maintain records to assist you in the event of an OFCCP audit. We continue to monitor the changes from the new administration and remain available to answer your questions at any time.
