How do I get my job's salary info into JobTarget?

If a valid Salary Field is present on the requisition in your ATS/HRIS, it will be brought into the JobTarget system as it displays in your careers page.

When creating a requisition in your ATS/HRIS, keep in mind...

  • Always include accurate salary details on your requisitions, either in a designated salary field or in the job description text.
  • If your salary range needs to be updated at any time, simply make the change in your ATS/HRIS, this will reflect in JobTarget within 24-48 hours.
  • JobTarget only supports 'Annual' and 'Hourly' salary types in our dedicated salary fields.
    • For other salary types, such as 'Daily', please keep these in the body of your job description for best results.
  • If no salary is present, some job boards may attach an 'estimated salary' to the posting. These salary estimations are at the discretion of the job board and are not controlled by JobTarget.
