JobTarget has three programmatic job advertising options: Programmatic for individual job postings, Programmatic+ where multiple jobs are bundled under a single budget, and Programmatic 360 where you have access to a bundle of JobTarget products to build out a well-rounded recruitment strategy.
Why use Programmatic?
Our standard Programmatic product has a one-to-one job to budget relationship, so you’re posting a single job with a static budget. Like all of our programmatic job advertising products, your job ad will be posted across a selection of 100+ sites and help you reach the right candidates. However, because of the one-to-one job to budget relationship, you won’t have the flexibility and budget management you would have with Programmatic+ or Programmatic 360.
Programmatic will be a good fit for you if you hire sporadically and at a low volume where you wouldn’t have regular monthly hiring needs. If you regularly hire for more than one position per month, Programmatic+ is going to be much more efficient for you.
Programmatic can be purchased in our Marketplace, or in packs of credits for additional cost savings.
When is Programmatic+ the better choice?
Programmatic+ the easiest way to advertise your jobs and you get access to premium features above and beyond our standard programmatic product.
Our recruitment specialists work with you to set up an ad campaign that will work with your specific goals, budgets, and hiring volume. Our integrations with most ATS and HRIS systems will allow you to leverage some powerful automation features, so you don’t have to spend any extra time advertising your jobs. Once your jobs are in your campaign you can control your ads as much or as little as you like.
There is no fee to use Programmatic+. The only cost is the budget that you assign to your ad campaign.
