JobTarget Programmatic is an algorithm-based job advertising solution that automatically distributes your requisitions across 100+ job sites, while optimizing your budget and exposure. The product uses automation and real-time analytics to post your jobs and evaluate the performance based on jobseeker behaviors and deep historical analytics from millions of JobTarget-distributed postings. Programmatic operates on a Cost-Per-Click basis, expending your budget when job seekers click on your advertisements on site. Your jobs will automatically be removed from underperforming sites and will be maintained on those that are high-performing.

Q: What are Programmatic Singles?

Programmatic Singles are one-time postings with three pre-determined budget options that remain active until the budget is spent, or after 30 days pass. Programmatic singles can be purchased through the JobTarget Marketplace. Choose a budget based on the role you're recruiting for & how urgently you need to fill it, then simply follow the prompts to check out.

Q: What are Programmatic Credit Packs?

Programmatic Credit Packs are pre-paid postings, or credits, purchased in bulk with client-chosen budgets over $249 per credit. Credit packs are a great solution to stay flexible in the dollar amount that you want to allocate to your jobs outside of the 3 pre-set budgets you can select for a Programmatic single. It's also useful for some clients to purchase single postings in bulk without a full-blown campaign. Every credit in your credit pack will have the same budget, and once they're added to your account, you'll be able to use them in the Marketplace under the "Contract sites" section.

Q: What is Programmatic+?

Programmatic+ is our monthly campaign offering. Campaigns offer the most flexibility – you can customize your monthly budget, and post or pause your jobs as you like. It's also very flexible in terms of how your jobs are posted. You can choose to manually manage your campaign or opt to automatically post your jobs to your campaign through automation.

Q: What is Programmatic 360?

Programmatic 360 includes all the flexibility of a Programmatic+ campaign, in addition to 3 other JobTarget products:

  • JobTarget Intelligence: A reporting tool that will issue reports to clients to identify effectiveness of current strategies
