What is an AutoPoster? 

Automatically post your jobs to your desired job site and save time! 

An AutoPoster is a tool that can be added to your JobTarget account to automatically distribute jobs to a job site or product. Rather than manually posting each job in JobTarget, this automated tool distributes jobs to sites or products where you have inventory set-up.

Benefits

  • Convenience: Posting each job one by one can be labor-intensive, particularly when dealing with a high volume of jobs.
  • Streamline: Simplifies processes by minimizing the number of platforms you need to access daily.
  • Rules-based: Allows you to choose which jobs to post without exiting your careers center.

Key Considerations

  • Rules can be set to control which jobs are automatically posted, giving clients flexibility in their posting strategy.
  • Each AutoPoster can only distribute to one product or job site, but you may have multiple AutoPosters if you wish to distribute jobs to more than one destination.
  • AutoPoster must be tied to an Importer to function.

Certain job sites may not support job postings via an autoposter. Please consult with JobTarget to verify the compatibility of a site you are interested in.
