OFCCP Activities App User Guide

Learn how to use JobTarget's Activities App.

The JobTarget Activities App allows you to record all your good-faith efforts towards being OFCCP compliant. Whether you're doing your annual evaluation or audited by the OFCCP, the information will be at your fingertips.

Accessing Activities

If you’re accessing JobTarget directly, click on “OFCCP Activities” in the JobTarget dashboard. You can also access Activities from the “More Apps” dropdown.

If you access JobTarget through an integration with your HR software, simply click on the menu at the top right corner of the JobTarget window. Search for OFCCP Activities and click on it when it appears.

Adding an Activity

To add activities, click "Add Activity" in the top right corner.

You can then fill out the information depending on the activity you're adding. When done, click Submit. 

Adding Activities to Organizations 

If you purchased Local Outreach, you can then add activities to those existing community based organizations by clicking "Search My Organizations" and then selecting the site you would like to add the activity to. 

If your organization did not purchase the local outreach service, or you want to enter a new organization, simply enter the organization name in the "Organization" field.

From here, you can continue to populate the form fields. 

Diversity Category Choose the category that best suits the organization you are adding. If you use Local Outreach and select and existing organization, this will be automatically populated. 
Interaction Type Select the type of interaction you are performing to post your job to the organization.
Effectiveness of the Outreach Describe how effective the outreach effort was.
Activity Title Name your activity by giving it a title.
Activity Details In this area, you can input any additional details or updates for this activity.

After all activity information is entered you can save it by clicking "Submit." This entry will then show in the Activities dashboard with the date of when the activity was logged. From here you can edit or delete the activity if you have the proper admin permissions. 

⚠️ Please Note: Recruiters without admin access will not be able to make edits or delete activities. To request admin access, get in touch with the person in your company that already has admin access. They will be able to adjust your settings. 

Downloading Activities

If you would like to download the record of activities, you can download the activities by simply clicking "Download All". Keeping a record of your activities is a great way to review hiring goals for Affirmative Action Plans and to stay compliant. You can download a copy of your activities at any time. 

The information will download to a CSV format that you can easily save. The download will show all data in the Activities app, in addition to the last update of the entry.
