Share applications outside of JobTarget
You now securely share candidate applications with hiring managers, department heads, or any other contacts that might need to review an applicant outside of JobTarget.
When you click the "Share Application" on the Candidate Details page, you'll generate a link to a read-only view of the resume, cover letter, and video interview recording that can be shared with anyone for review.
For security, links are only active for 72 hours. You can generate a new link at any time.
Manage video interviews directly from the Candidate Manager dashboard
You can now invite candidates to complete an interview, resend an interview invitation, or view interview recording, directly from the Candidate Manager dashboard using the quick action buttons.
| Interview Status | Action |
| Interview Incomplete | Resend - Opens chat window with prepopulated reminder message and interview link |
| Interview Completed | View - Opens the candidate details page with the interview open and ready to view |
| Interview Awaiting Action | Resend - Opens chat window with prepopulated reminder message and interview link |
| No status | Invite to Video Interview - available when candidate hasn't been invited to interview previously. This will send an email to the candidate inviting them to complete a video interview |
