July 2025 | Release Notes

Find out what's new in the JobTarget Platform this month.

JobTarget Platform

Find your JobTarget contact information

You can now find contact information for your key contacts at JobTarget from anywhere in the Platform.

Click the "?" in the top right corner, and then click "Contact Specialist". You will see a menu with contact information for your Relationship Manager, your Media Specialist, and your dedicated Support Specialist if you are assigned dedicated support.

Candidate Manager

View candidate source in candidate detail panel

You can now see which job site a candidate applied through in Candidate Manager. Simply open up the candidate detail panel for that candidate and you'll see the source displayed with the other candidate information.

Please note that if your candidate applied through a Programmatic, the Source will read "JobTarget Programmatic".

Job Manager

Job Status now shows whether the job is actively accepting applications

Previously, Job Status was used to show the advertising visibility of that job. Because Job Manager is centered around your jobs, we have updated this primary status to reflect if your jobs are opened or closed.

  • Open: The job is accepting applications on your Career Center.

  • Closed: The job is no longer accepting applications on your Career Center.

You can filter your jobs based on Job Status to view only jobs that are open or only jobs that are closed.

For more information about statuses in Job Manager, see this article

Compliance

Bulk upload documents to Activities App

You can now upload data in bulk directly into Activities App with an Excel or CSV file. This capability allows federal contractors to further centralize documentation.

To bulk upload activities, click "Add Activity" and then click "Bulk Upload" at the bottom of the window.

From there, you can download a template and instructions and then upload your file for import.

Update from the Department of Labor on OFCCP activity

On July 2, 2025, the Department of Labor lifted the temporary suspension of enforcement activities by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).

  • The OFCCP will resume enforcement of employment rights for individuals with disabilities and protected veterans
  • Federal contractors must continue to comply with their obligations under Section 503 and VEVRAA
