Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
A platform where companies manage the hiring process, from job postings to hiring new employees. It can help streamline the process by automating tasks and organizing information.
Autoposter
An autoposter is a tool, tied to an Importer, that can be used to automatically distribute your jobs to a job site or product for which you have contracted inventory (such as Programmatic+ or an Indeed Sponsored Campaign.) How the jobs are distributed may be dictated by a set of custom rules.
Also known as an Autorouter.

Candidate Manager
The Candidate Manager is an application within the JobTarget system where you can view Easy Apply candidates.
Conversion Rate
The conversion rate is the percentage of job seekers who complete an application after clicking on a job ad. It is calculated by dividing the number of applications by the number of clicks.
Credits
In online recruitment, credits are pre-paid units that recruiters purchase for a job site or product, that can be expended to post their jobs. Typically, it is a one-to-one conversion, one credit = one job posting.
Credits function like tokens that you might buy at an arcade. Credits are usually purchased in a pack, allowing recruiters to pre-pay for multiple job postings in bulk. This provides users the flexibility to post their requisitions as needed over time rather than paying for each job individually.
DiversityPost
A JobTarget product that can distribute your jobs to a network of 30+ diversity job boards that specifically focus on reaching ethnic minorities, veterans, women, individuals with disabilities, the LGBTQ+ community, and older workers. This product is useful for achieving DEI initiatives.
Division
Divisions are a tool that JobTarget clients may utilize to organize their jobs, like folders or buckets. We can utilize these divisions to control which users, inventory, and automation have access to different jobs. This can be used to accommodate specific needs, such as separating jobs by different departments, sister companies, or priority levels.
Easy Apply
Easy Apply is a feature on some job sites that allows candidates to quickly submit their profiles or resumes with just a few clicks without leaving the platform.
Importer
An Importer is a tool that can be used by JobTarget clients to automatically bring jobs from their career page into the JobTarget system in bulk, rather than individually bringing them in one at a time.

Inventory
Inventory refers to a client’s contracted services (Subscription, Membership, Credits, or Slots) for a job site or a JobTarget product. This includes but is not limited to a Programmatic Campaign, OFCCP Campaign, LinkedIn Job Slots, etc.
Also known as: Media
Job ID
The Job ID is a unique identifier assigned to each requisition in JT Admin, ensuring distinct identification of every job within the system.
JobTarget Navigator
JobTarget Navigator is a browser extension available to all JobTarget clients. It allows users to access JobTarget quickly and easily from their browser, along with some additional features that may vary by ATS. It is available for Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
OFCCP Compliance
A product suite available within JobTarget, primarily used by federal contractors and subcontractors, that provides automated solutions to keep its users compliant with the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).
Organic Posting
An Organic Posting is an unsponsored advertisement. Organic Posting visibility is strictly chronological and will always appear below newer and sponsored postings. Organic postings can be a useful tool in online recruitment, but generally reach a smaller audience than sponsored posts which guarantee prolonged and boosted exposure.

Programmatic
JobTarget’s Programmatic product, available in the Marketplace, is an algorithm-based product that automatically distributes the user's job to a wide variety of job sites. Spending a set budget on a CPC basis, JobTarget Programmatic utilizes AI to tailor distribution to maximize budget and exposure.
Programmatic is available in the Marketplace as individual postings with a pre-set budget, or in a campaign format through Programmatic+ or Programmatic 360.
Screener Questions
Screener Questions are application fields set in place by the hiring employer to gather the most essential information on a candidate, these are generally set to knock out unqualified candidates depending on their answer.
For example, if 5 years of experience is a non-negotiable requirement, a screener question may automatically reject anyone who enters less than 5 years in an application's ‘experience’ field.
Also known as Knockout Questions or Knockout Screeners
Sponsored Posting
A sponsored posting is a paid advertisement that guarantees increased promotion and visibility. The specifics of a sponsored posting vary by Job Site and product but generally include prolonged (sometimes targeted) exposure, and higher placement in search results.
