The Job Manager is a central location in JobTarget where you can review and manage all your requisitions.
Q: What kind of requisitions can I see in the Job Manager?
Any and all requisitions that are brought into JobTarget will be available to you in the Job Manager.
Job Creation
Q: How do jobs get into the JobTarget system?
Jobs are brought into JobTarget in three ways: through integration with your Applicant Tracking System, by manually creating them directly in the platform, or through a Job Importer.
Q: How long does it take for new jobs to appear in JobTarget?
If your jobs are being brought in by an integration or importer, it may take up to 24 hours for new jobs to land in JobTarget.
Q: How can I create a job directly in JobTarget?
If your account configuration allows for manual creation of jobs, you can do so by clicking 'post new job' within the Job Manager.
Job Management
Q: How do I find specific jobs in the Job Manager?
You can find specific requisitions by searching keywords or filtering by division, user, or job status.
Q: What information can I see about each job in the Job Manager?
For each job, you can see the Job Title, Location, creation date, Requisition ID (from your ATS), and Job ID (the unique identifier created by JobTarget).
Q: What is the difference between a Requisition ID and a Job ID?
The Requisition ID is brought in from your ATS, while the Job ID is the unique identifier created by JobTarget to represent that job.
Job Advertising
Q: How do I advertise a job for the first time?
To advertise a job for the first time, click 'Advertise Job' and you will be redirected to the marketplace where you can add your desired job sites to the cart and place your order.
Q: How can I re-post a job to a previously used job board?
Clicking 'Advertise again' allows you to quickly re-post your jobs to any job sites where they have previously been advertised.
Job Details and Reporting
Q: What information is available in the Marketplace tab?
The Marketplace tab allows you to review all postings associated with a Job ID, including which job board it was posted to, the status of the posting, the order date, and the expiration date.
Q: What information can I find in the Reports tab?
The Reports tab allows you to review clicks, applications, and conversion rate on the selected job.
Q: What additional information can I find on the Job Details page?
The Job Details page provides additional information such as Salary, Industry, Job Description, Apply URL, and Applicants.
Job Editing
Q: How do I edit a job that came from my ATS?
For jobs that came from your ATS, edits should be made directly in your ATS. These changes will automatically flow over to JobTarget within 24 hours.
Q: Can I edit jobs created within JobTarget?
Yes, if your jobs were created directly within the JobTarget platform, you will have the ability to edit them in the Job Manager.
