Requisitions are created within JobTarget in 3 ways:
Through an ATS Integration
If your applicant tracking system is partnered with JobTarget, our integration will allow you to move your jobs into our platform seamlessly. JobTarget will display within your ATS as an option to externally post your completed requisition.

Through manual creation
If you don't have utilize an applicant tracking system that partners with JobTarget, or your company doesn't use an ATS at all, you can log into jobtarget.com & create your jobs one by one in the Job Manager app manually.
Through a JobTarget Job Importer
A job importer is a great solution for creating jobs in bulk. Job Importers are either auto-created as part of our partnership with your applicant tracking system, or manually built by the JobTarget team.
Importers will review your careers page or job feed each night & pull them into your JobTarget Job Manager early in the morning. They can also add any updates/edits that you make in your ATS to jobs that have been previously pulled into JobTarget, & they can also expire any active jobs for you if you stop them in your ATS.
