Yes! But you will still need a location tied to it.
To properly configure a remote position to be advertised through JobTarget (including programmatic) follow these guidelines:
- Make sure your job has a physical city, state, and zip code listed for the location.
- We recommend using your corporate headquarters, or a location with a high concentration of qualified candidates!
- Put the word 'Remote' in the job title, and within the job description.
- Job Sites that support remote postings will often pick up this keyword and label the job as remote.
- If you are posting through the Marketplace, make sure any Additional Information fields are accurately filled out.
- Once you begin the checkout process, if the Job Site you are advertising on has a Remote-Type field, you will be able to fill that in before you complete your purchase.
Keep in mind, for Programmatic or any other budget-based purchase, remote jobs will spend significantly faster than non-remote jobs. Speak to your relationship manager for advice on how to best optimize your remote positions to fit your needs!
