Job Description Builder
Generate custom sections for your job descriptions
You can now generate AI-powered custom sections for your job descriptions for more flexibility. Add deeper information about your job or generate templates for sections like benefits that you can then edit to be specific to your role.
Simply click "Add New Section", type in a section title, and then click "Generate". You can then regenerate, edit, or copy the section.
Export your job descriptions
You can now export your completed job descriptions as Microsoft Word (.docx) or Notepad (.txt) files.
When you're done creating your job description, click "Finish" and a window will pop up with options to either copy the text or export it in your chosen file format.
Candidate Manager
Open candidate details in a new tab
You can now open the candidate details page in a new browser tab by clicking on the expand icon. This allows you to more easily navigate your review of candidates and compare candidates side by side.
Programmatic
New sites added to Programmatic network
8 new sites have been added to our programmatic network, including CollabWork, Obrajobs, and VerJobs. Our network of over 100 job sites continues to provide unmatched reach for customers!
Message Center
Message Center redesign and usability improvements
The posting Message Center has been redesigned to make it easier to manage communications about your job postings. You can:
- Easily see if you have notification by looking for the message alert icon in your navigation
- See which messages you have read and which messages are new
- Mark a message as unread if you want to action it later
To mark a message as unread, you can either click the "Mark as unread" button in the message thread or click on the mail icon next to the message in your message list.
Compliance
OFCCP Releases 2025 VEVRAA Hiring Benchmark
The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has released its 2025 Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA) national benchmark.The hiring benchmark represents the percentage of total hires who are protected veterans that the contractor seeks to hire in the following AAP year. Effective July 30, 2025, the new benchmark is 5.1%.
